The end result (ie. the product) was good, However Shaun's communication throughout the order process was dramatic, unprofessional and unnecessary. He started referring to "internal wars" he was having with his own factory and behaving extremely erratically when we asked him to make some embroidery neater. He tried to cancel the order (rather than improve the issue) but would not refund all of the deposit. Eventually he handed the order to a colleague who was fine and resolved the issues, but the experience of doing business with this factory (Shaun particularly) was very unpleasant and we would not trust them again.
